We employ about 670 people to maintain and support the safe and efficient operation of our smelter. We know our work force is key to our future success.
We value diversity and pride ourselves on recruiting, training and mentoring talented people. They contribute knowledge, skills and fresh ideas that in turn benefit the smelter and the community of Southland.
The commitment and dedication of our employees is well known. Nearly 300 people have worked at the smelter for more than 20 years and more than 150 people have reached the milestone of 30 years of service. We value the depth of knowledge these people have about our operation.
